Summary/Abstract: This article explores the potential for developing leadership skills among students in early primary education through integrated curriculum content. Leadership is interpreted as a set of social, communicative, and organizational competencies formed in the context of collaboration and role-based participation. Drawing on theoretical models and international practices, the study analyzes pedagogical approaches that combine interdisciplinarity, authentic tasks, and student engagement. The Bulgarian context is examined through observed practices such as project-based learning, interest-driven activities, and creative tasks. The research is conducted through documentary and qualitative analysis of academic publications, reports, and applied models. An interpretative approach, comparative analysis, and synthesis of good practices are employed, without empirical data collection. Integrated curriculum content supports the development of leadership dispositions through role-based participation, autonomy, and social involvement. Teacher facilitation and opportunities for student choice emerge as key factors in fostering personal growth.
