Summary/Abstract: In the context of contemporary global communication, the international dissemination of Chinese film and television works has become a significant avenue for constructing the sense of community for the Chinese nation and facilitating mutual cultural learning. As an internationally influential high-quality miniseries, To the Wonder has not only achieved effective dissemination in Central Asia but has also emerged as a cultural vehicle demonstrating the pattern of unity in diversity within the Chinese nation. Guided by the Diffusion of Innovations Theory, this study analyzes the series’ innovation attributes—advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability—along with the underlying mechanisms driving its successful diffusion in Central Asia. The research provides theoretical insights and practical pathways for enhancing the international acceptance of the Chinese national community.
