Summary/Abstract: In the contemporary geopolitical landscape, characterized by an unprecedented acceleration of digitalization across all societal strata and a profound reconfiguration of power relations on the global stage, the modern constitutional state (Rechtsstaat) finds itself confronting a monumental structural and identity crisis.
