Presja pasji a postrzeganie własnej pasji u studentów
The pressure of passion and the perception of one’s own passion in university students

Summary/Abstract: This article considers the analysis of the level of passion pressure and its perception in three dimensions: personal benefits, the way it is acquired and the current degree of its balance with other everyday activities among Polish students. Moreover, the moderating role of flourishing in explaining the relationship between the analyzed variables was verified, taking into account the context - students' passions related to artistic activity. Research has shown that the relationship between the analyzed variables is not direct. Positive relationship between the passion pressure and the perception of personal benefits of passion were established. Engagement in a passionate activity was an important mediator of the relationship between passion pressure and personal benefits of passion and balancing passion. W artykule dokonano analizy poziomu presji pasji i jej percepcji w trzech wymiarach: korzyści osobistych, sposobu jej nabywania oraz aktualnego stopnia jej zrównoważenia z innymi codziennymi aktywnościami wśród polskich studentów. Ponadto, zweryfikowano moderującą rolę flourishingu w wyjaśnianiu relacji między analizowanymi zmiennymi, uwzględniając kontekst – pasje studentów związane z działalnością artystyczną. Badania wykazały, że związek między analizowanymi zmiennymi nie jest bezpośredni. Stwierdzono pozytywny związek między presją pasji a percepcją osobistych korzyści płynących z pasji. Zaangażowanie w działalność pasjonującą było ważnym mediatorem relacji między presją pasji a osobistymi korzyściami płynącymi z pasji i równoważeniem pasji.
