TRANSLATION AS A SENSITIVE PART OF CONTEMPORARY TEACHING (BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE TEACHING ITALIAN TO BULGARIANS)

Summary/Abstract: In this article we aim to illustrate the potential of the text chosen for translation as a teaching tool useful both for language acquisition and for a correct perception of the image of the world as it appears to Italians. The general idea is to present different types of texts for translation, justifying their choice based on different levels of linguistic proficiency. This study is the result of a summary of recent experience and is based on modern research on teaching Italian to foreigners
