Summary/Abstract: Rapid cultural and technological shifts are profoundly changing how people grow up, learn, and relate to the world. Generational differences are becoming increasingly visible, shaped not only by historical events but especially by the accelerating pace of technological change. Today’s students have instant access to information, yet often struggle with deep processing and with tolerating discomfort. In this context, traditional authority and mistake-correction-based methods are losing their effectiveness. What becomes necessary is a shift in perspective: a learning process grounded in dialogue, vulnerability, and mutual adaptation. Feedback takes on the role of shared exploration, focused on individual resources and potential. The pedagogical relationship turns into a partnership, where authenticity and openness are no longer optional but essential conditions for development. Continuous adaptation to present reality remains a fundamental responsibility.
