Summary/Abstract: Our study is proposing a brief analysis about new political concepts generated by a dynamic type of hybrid order, at the beginning of XXIst century, asmansion-archés or konarchies, in the framework of regional, trans-continental,glocal fluxes, of quasi-states, metropolises or other non-state actors, within a century shaped by global turbulences and ascension of new political, post-state players.Heterarchies based on organic communities or on hybrid types (metropolokonarchies,pseudo-state-mansions) can elaborate expanded webs of transnational relations, of trans-continental contacts, by re-considering and enforcing infra-locallinks, through a new dimension of politized rurality and organic rule vision aboutlands (neo-medievalism, as concept advanced by IR scholars). Konarchies would be,in this framework, genuine forms of post-state governance in a fragmentated, glocal, turbulent political scene, searching for inspiration and enforcing old patterns of infra-localism, re-shaped according to present, dynamic realities. Starting by considering some historical models of organic communities as distinct political patterns of social-political organization, we’ll try to elaborate and identify elements for defining as much as possible, this innovative concept.
