Summary/Abstract: Our study is approaching some institutional patterns, from futurological perspective, the typology and the evolution of the globalized and overlapping levels of authority composing the complex society of XXIst- XXIIndcenturies, starting from the UN label regarding the contemporary time as”anurban century”, and taking into account the ascending and proliferating phenomenon of new political actors, as metropolises and megalopolises on the global stage. The global metropolitan law represents, as the inter-metropolitan law, a body of juridical rules and basic principles with compulsory value as ius cogens for the metropolitan society and also, regarding the relations between new legal subjects of this global order and other political actors.
