Summary/Abstract: This article presents a historical and vexillological study of two banners donated during the 1871 Putna Celebration: the banner of the Moldavian women of Iași and the banner of the town of Vaslui. The analysis examines the characteristics of the two banners, their materials and manufacturing techniques, their heraldic elements and distinctive features, and situates them within the historical context of the commemorative celebration held at Putna.
