Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to trace the history of a Gospel manuscript written in the city of Suceava, which is currently kept in the collection of the “V.V. Tarnovskyi” Chernihiv Historical Museum. Based on an analysis of available documents, special attention is given to identifying the settlement and the specific church to which the holy book was originally donated. The studied materials lead to the conclusion that the Gospel was most likely gifted to the Church of the Resurrection in the city of Oster (now in the Chernihiv district). Additionally, it was determined that the liturgical book was copied by two master scribes.
