Summary/Abstract: People carry out their daily work activities within various organizational, state, or other structures they have created for economic or social purposes. Depending on the goals of the organizations or the people who carry out their activity within the societies in which they work, on the economic, social and political conditions, and, on the changes that have occurred over time on all these levels, in the activity of an entity, they do not have a linear structure, but continuously undergo changes based on a constant need for social adaptation. This article presents the technical and legislative aspects of the procedure of deregistration of an individual enterprise, in the current context.
