Summary/Abstract: This research examines the potential for global Turkic power among the member countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), based on their shared language, history, cultural heritage, and aboveground and underground resources. In this context, analyses are conducted to answer questions regarding how integration mechanisms such as free movement between Anatolia and Turkestan, a common market, mutual customs exemptions, a common currency, and a common army can be implemented. The world is grappling with global crises, including the US and Israeli attacks in the Middle East, the inability to stop the Russia-Ukraine war, European security problems, and issues related to energy, food, water, migration, global warming, and climate change. In today's interconnected, crisis-ridden environment, the OTS, with its potential to rise to the position of a stabilizing actor, has its strengths and weaknesses detailed in this research. The main objective of the research is to identify the OTS's global power potential and to highlight its importance in establishing peace throughout the world, particularly in the Turkic world. However, another aim of the research is to develop solutions to the global threats faced by the Turkic World, enabling it to become a driving force in its rise. The findings of the research are to develop different perspectives for the public and policymakers on how the Turkic World can become a regional and global power within the triangle of opportunities, threats, and solutions arising from the global crises of the current century.
