Summary/Abstract: In May 2026, several legislative acts were published in the Official Gazette, among which we mention: Decision of the Council of the National Union of Judicial Officers (HCUNEJ) No. 16/2026 on the approval of the publication of the List of Judicial Officers for 2026; Law No. 88/2026 approving the Government Emergency Ordinance No. 128/2024 amending and supplementing Law No. 227/2015 on the Tax Code and specific measures for digitalisation, as well as amending and supplementing certain legislative acts; Law No. 64/2026 approving the Government Emergency Ordinance No. 91/2025 on the establishment of certain measures within the healthcare system.
