IV. CASE-LAW OF THE HIGH COURT OF CASSATION AND JUSTICE

Summary/Abstract: With regard to the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Panel for appeals in the interest of the law), four decisions allowing such appeals were delivered, concerning: Law No. 360/2002 on the Status of Police Officers; the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Civil Code, Government Ordinance No. 13/2011 on statutory remunerative and penalty interest for monetary obligations, as well as on regulating certain financial and tax measures in the banking sector; Administrative Litigation Law No. 554/2004, Law No. 360/2023 on the public pension system; Law No. 263/2010 on the unitary public pension system.
