The impact of the evolution of criminal judicial cooperation in Europe over the legislation in Romania

Summary/Abstract: The concept of international judicial cooperation in its modern sense, is relatively new, as well as the extradition, as is currently regulated in bilateral or multilateral international legal instruments. Legislative developments in Romania and all other states are a reflection of the emergence and development of cross-border crime and terrorism, facts that led to the need to implement effective cooperation.
