Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, AI and almost anything related to it has become the key focus of trainers, educators and researchers around the world. Although, for a very short while, AI was perceived as a rather negative phenomenon, it has turned out quite fascinating due to its capacity to act as a tool for professional development in almost any field. The fact that it lacks authenticity and personal touch, the fact that it fails to explore and express human individuality and capacity does not seem to trouble anyone because nobody has time to be troubled by such issues. And AI saves time, one way or another. Most likely, this is the main reason why people, irrespective of age, education level or socio-professional standing, embrace AI and anything that comes along. This paper represents an attempt to build an argument related to AI’s greatest limit, i.e. exerting power in professional interactions by means of persuasion and authenticity.
