Summary/Abstract: Cassandra syndrome is the phenomenon in which organizations become inactive due to the disregard, delay, or normalization of warnings—whether technical, ethical, or cohesive—as "reasonable risk," stemming from cultural, support system, and terrorist patterns. This research examines Cassandra syndrome by bringing together three main components that are scattered across the management literature: firstly, managing weak opening and reestablishment processes, decoupling, employee voice, and psychological safety solutions; and secondly, group reporting, bad news delivery, and graduate organizations. The syndrome is classified into "signal perception and interpretation," "signal storage and amplification within the organization," and "signal transformation into decision-making components and dissemination of the source." Ultimately, this research offers viable solutions to minimize the presence of Cassandra syndrome in organizations, including psychological safety practices, communication processes (channeling, feedback, protection), alternative perspectives, early warning systems, patient respect, and incentive therapy.
