Summary/Abstract: This issue presents the second set of articles devoted to the theme "Contemporary Bulgarian Literature and Its Readers." The aim is to encourage greater engagement among Bulgarian literary scholars with questions of reading and with established and emerging readerships, to bring a wider range of perspectives to the discussion, and to establish this field as a distinct area of literary studies in Bulgaria.
