Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the project management methodologies and tools applied within Legrand Bulgaria, a subsidiary of the multinational French company Legrand S.A. The document shows my practical experience in the role of Project Manager, power protection in the company. The paper explores how project management is applied in real world conditions into the territory of Bulgaria. The paper compares Waterfall and Agile methodologies, showing their practical application across both technical and marketing projects into the electrotechnical sector. The analysis demonstrates that neither methodology is universally applicable and that by using hybrid approach we can successfully complete any type of project. The paper further represents internally developed Excel-based instrument designed to coordinate multi-plant supply chains by tracking component level production and delivery timelines. The paper concludes that effective project leadership in a multinational company demands more than methodological knowledge, it requires digital fluency, adaptive thinking and the capacity to apply different solutions for complex operational challenges.
