Summary/Abstract: The protection of human rights is a primary goal of the EU, constituting the fundamental values protected in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. Maintaining their standards is met with the practical implementation and special policies that the member states of the European Union have. In the EU, national policies are harmonized with common EU standards, and for various issues, such as deportations due to the implementation of immigration policies for EU member states, there may be cases in which these human rights standards have been violated. Creating a tension between human rights standards and the requirements for standardization of rules across the Union and coordination of member states' national policies. An important role in the reduction is played by the Court of Justice of the European Union, which, through its jurisprudence, is decisive in the implementation of EU law and the guarantee of human rights. The study focuses on the jurisprudence of the CJEU, which guarantees the integration of EU provisions so that policy and jurisdiction function coherently throughout the Union.
