Summary/Abstract: This study explores the transformative impact of technological innovation, sustainability imperatives, and global crises on the legal sector. Drawing on recent academic literature and case studies, it examines the integration of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and electronic signatures into legal practice, emphasizing their role in enhancing efficiency and enabling remote service delivery. The research also considers the emergence of sustainability-oriented business models within law firms, driven by increasing environmental and social governance demands. Furthermore, it identifies the COVID-ig pandemic and the war in Ukraine as major catalysts accelerating digitalization and restructuring operational practices. The paper argues that to maintain competitiveness and resilience, legal institutions must adopt a proactive approach to technological innovation, institutionalize sustainability principles, and strengthen adaptability mechanisms to address evolving client expectations and systemic uncertainties.
