Summary/Abstract: This research examines the transition from vocational education and training (VET) to the labor market, aiming to understand the processes of labor market integration and evaluate the effectiveness of VET programs. Utilizing administrative data integration, the study seeks to capture the nuances of this transition, particularly the anomalies in the integration process. Findings indicate that labor market integration for VET graduates is a gradual and prolonged process, where individual, training, institutional, and regional factors produce diverse patterns. Disruptions in integration exhibit considerable prevalence and persistence among certain student segments.
