Summary/Abstract: This paper explores the hermeneutical condition of human existence by examining the dynamic relationship between norm and interpretation. Building on the insights of philosophical hermeneutics (Heidegger, Gadamer, von Wright), the study argues that the human being is fundamentally an interpretive being whose access to reality is always mediated by language, tradition, and historical horizons of understanding.
