Summary/Abstract: In the context of the dynamic development of digital technologies and the evolving geopolitical and economic environment, cybersecurity management remains a strategic priority for any organization. However, many existing security strategies fail to address latent threats arising from digital footprints and use of artificial intelligence. The paper analyzes the possibility of predicting personality traits through techniques based on online digital traces, as well as the potential for the malicious exploitation of such information. It also examines the risks associated with the application of artificial intelligence both during the training phase and in the operational phase. Within this context, the paper argues for the necessity of sustainably building a security-oriented culture as a foundation for comprehensive and effective protection
