Summary/Abstract: Innovation is vital for every business organization. The management of innovation processes and activities is becoming increasingly crucial for their effective functioning, sustainability and growth. The use of new, cutting-edge technologies and the wider application of artificial intelligence further increase the challenges facing their managers. When managing innovation processes and activities in business organizations, it is also imperative to analyze the accounting for the growing influence of environmental dynamics.In the modern business environment, the role and importance of the use of innovative processes and activities is growing. There is an objective need for a modern paradigm for their management, which will ensure sustainable development of the managed objects. This paradigm must be innovative in its nature, content and be able to respond to the challenges that arise when managing innovative processes and activities in the conditions of an accelerating innovation race.The article analyzes the content of a wide range of opinions, different points of view and beliefs of authors related to the application of a paradigm in the management of innovation processes and activities. The author presents the main, current and key trends for the prospects of a paradigm shift in the management of innovation processes and activities in business organizations.
