Summary/Abstract: This paper explores the development, architecture, and functional capabilities of the Unified Management Information System (UMIS 2020) used for the administration of European-funded programmes in Bulgaria. The study analyses the system’s modular structure, regulatory framework, electronic services, and digitalized management processes, emphasizing its role in improving transparency, efficiency, monitoring, and financial control within project-based public administration.
