Disclosure of information obtained during parliamentary intervention pursuant to Article 20 of the Act on the Exercise of the Mandate of Deputy or Senator

Summary/Abstract: The information rights of Deputies specified in the Act do not include the right to disclose information obtained in this manner. It is not permissible for a Deputy to disclose information on the status of court or administrative proceedings if, in doing so, the Deputy discloses classified information, or to disclose personal data obtained by the Deputy in the course of the intervention. Disclosure of information on the legal and factual status of specific real estate owned by specific persons may violate the personal rights of those persons.
