Summary/Abstract: Law is the servant of Justice. In Islamic Republics, justice is founded upon Islam, as is the judiciary, and it significantly differs from international humanitarian law. However, Islam recognizes and upholds human rights and maintains a special relationship with international law and justice for foreigners and neighbors. “Islamic terrorism” was not created by Islam, but rather by the “hate speech” directed against Islam and Muslims. Yet, when religious laws as well as secular ones are interpreted by the ignorant and the unjust, injustice becomes inevitable. In such cases, harm is not only inflicted upon the victims of terrorism; it also marks the beginning of a society’s downfall its moral and spiritual decay which signifies a departure not only from Justice but also from Islam itself. In this paper, following the presentation of new findings and research on political movements and transformations in the Middle East, I have sought, through an analysis of Islamic teachings on injustice and violence, to present Islam’s stance toward human life, injustice, and violence
