Summary/Abstract: ICT represents a reality that should necessarily be experienced. University stakeholders (students and teachers) are invited to use a range of technological techniques and tools to improve their practices. For its part, the Algerian institution offers ICT training courses for students in all fields. The main question we asked ourselves was whether the offer intended for students enrolled in the first year of the French language degree program is relevant or not. To answer this question, we conducted an evaluation of all the aspects contained in this offer (objectives, prerequisites, program, learner assessment, and suggested resources). We found that, for the most part, the elements of the offer seem relevant, apart from a few reported shortcomings.
