Summary/Abstract: The article examines the characteristics of loneliness experienced by adolescents in conflict with the law, from the perspective of psychosocial dimensions and sociodemographic factors. The study was conducted on a sample of 250 adolescents monitored by probation services in the Republic of Moldova, using the UCLA Loneliness Scale and the Loneliness Typology Test developed by Korchagina S. The results indicate a high prevalence of moderate (36–40%) and high levels of loneliness (44%), confirming the frequent occurrence of this experience among adolescents with delinquent behavior. Regarding specific forms, moderate levels of diffuse loneliness (57–63%) and alienation-related loneliness (44–55%) predominate. Dissociative loneliness shows more pronounced differences (high level: 37.5% among girls and 12.5% among boys). Although the overall level of loneliness does not vary significantly depending on the analyzed variables, certain forms are selectively influenced. The findings highlight the need for differentiated psychological interventions aimed at developing emotional competencies and facilitating social integration.
