Summary/Abstract: This study investigates the impact of a flexible learning program delivered through social networks on the development of innovative teaching and learning design skills among pre-service teachers. An experimental design is employed. Thirty pre-service teachers are volunteers to participate in the implementation program. Data is collected and analyzed through content accuracy analysis. Statistics include percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and non-parametric statistics. Findings indicate that the integration of flexible, network-based learning environments significantly enhances pre-service teachers’ ability to conceptualize and implement innovative instructional strategies. The study emphasizes the advantages of social networks as dynamic learning spaces in teacher preparation programs and recommends their broader adoption to support 21st-century teaching competencies.
