Summary/Abstract: In recent years, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries have taken deliberate steps to reduce their dependence on oil and move toward more balanced economies. This paper investigates how entrepreneurship and sustainability are helping that transformation, drawing on a bibliometric review of research published in Scopus over the past two decades. The findings of the study show how government programs unite national strategies through VISION documents to promote entrepreneurship and support SMEs while sustaining economic growth. The research revealed three essential business operational developments which include increased green innovation and rising ESG principles adoption and growing women entrepreneurship participation. The findings revealed two main obstacles that affect regional research collaboration, and it also showed inconsistent results from policy execution. Moreover, the research analysis provides better understanding of GCC economic policies and platforms towards sustainability and entrepreneurship.
