Summary/Abstract: The research intends to investigate how legal control might improve factory production quality, with an emphasis on the Jordan Arab Aluminium Company's implementation of this control, the purpose of this study is to ascertain how legislative frameworks impact the enhancement of factory production quality and efficiency, by examining the connection between quality standards and legal control, the research also becomes extremely important in offering workable legal remedies to enhance factory production quality. In order to implement control in industrial institutions in a way that improves production efficiency and guarantees its sustainability, it also aids in the provision of an efficient legal framework. This study's approach is the survey methodology, which uses a questionnaire to gather data from a sample of the study community. The main conclusions of the study are that effective legal control implementation enhances quality and reduces errors in factory production operations. It also shows how important it is to update current legislation to keep up with technological developments, which enhances the efficacy of control. The study's main recommendations are that factory workers receive training programs to help them comprehend the importance of legal control in improving quality and enforcing standards, and that laws be updated regularly to reflect industrial and technological advancements, which increases the efficacy of legal control.
