Summary/Abstract: The article conceptualizes the transformative influence of 5G–7G technological advancements on the development of a new civilizational model, emphasizing the profound interplay between cutting-edge communication technologies and societal evolution. It traces the technological progression from 5G to 6G and the prospective 7G, identifying key stages in social, economic, and cultural transformation as direct reflections of each generational leap in mobile communication systems. The study further elucidates the fundamental differences between these technology generations in terms of speed, connectivity, latency, and application potential, while offering a comprehensive comparative analysis of international experiences and best practices in their implementation. By integrating theoretical insights with empirical observations, the article proposes a conceptual framework that anticipates future scenarios of digitally driven societal organization, exploring both opportunities and challenges associated with creating an interconnected, intelligent, and sustainable civilization.
