Summary/Abstract: The Council of Nicaea was an essential moment in the history of the Church, not only for the formulation of dogmas about Christ and the Holy Spirit, but also for the crystallization of the concepts of One and of eternity, which are found throughout the Christian tradition, from the Scriptures to the Liturgy and prayer. The author highlights the importance of understanding these truths not only as dogmas, but as a mystical-liturgical experience, understood as an encounter with eternity itself. At the same time, the study emphasizes the need for every Christian confession to be accompanied by an authentic living of the word and a life in communion with God, in the certainty that eternity begins in the living experience of faith and revealed truth. Thus, the understanding of dogma becomes not only a theoretical but also a spiritual path, through which the human being moves towards the encounter with divine eternity.
