Summary/Abstract: The primary goal of the review of Alexander Lyusy’s monograph Цивилизация текстов: Текстологическая концепция русской культуры (2022, “Civilisation of Texts: A Textological Concept of Russian Culture”) is to highlight the distinctive features and innovative aspects of Lyusy’s work, which, for the first time, offers a systematic study of local texts not merely as regional phenomena, but also as key components of a unified cultural paradigm of Russia. The monograph combines historical, philosophical, and literary analyses, making it a valuable resource for a broad audience of scholars across the humanities.
