Transformative Education in the “Borderland” Centre’s PraxisThe Losy posłuchane program stems from earlier “Borderland”experiences and leads towards expeditions, artworks, listeningto testimonies, and forms of activity today renewed in successivegenerations. Transformative education starts with mindfulness:looking and listening, meeting another person, accepting the factthat our own courtyard, family history and testimony of neighbours prove to be just as important as the “great history” taughtin schoolbooks, and that a personal story can alter our reflectionsabout a community and ourselves.
