Summary/Abstract: The study attempts to diagnose the second stage of the political reforms implemented in Uzbekistan in 2021-2023. It was a policy of the "transitional period" - a transformation crisis in which the President's election, the Constitution's amendment, the constitutional referendum, and the early re-election of the President took place. These events ended with a nationwide debate on further state transformations, which resulted in the concept of the country's political model: New Uzbekistan - the Third Renaissance. The author explains how this crisis came about and the basic assumptions of the strategy for building New Uzbekistan. This strategy opens a new chapter in the history of the transformation of independent Uzbekistan and corresponds to the national aspirations and standards of a modern state.
