The Potential of Information Technology in Service Enterprises

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems that can be implemented in a potential service enterprise. An attempt has been made to identify the benefits associated with implementing their components: artificial intelligence and machine learning. To achieve this goal, the monographic method and observation were used. The text is a conceptual overview. The results of a critical literature review, supported by professional practice, demonstrate that the greatest potential for ICT solutions lies in rapidly developing transaction systems, enabling the widespread use of artificial intelligence in developing functionalities and creating comprehensive services.
