Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to adoption without parental consent. It analyzes the prerequisites for the application of Art. 93(2) of the Family Code and Art. 93(3) of the Family Code. The existing legal framework – which is not in the best interests of the child or the parent – is subjected to criticism. Proposals for legislative amendments are made.
