Summary/Abstract: Number of computers and other technologies is steadily increased over time. Many schools in Lithuanian have been achieving the baseline target for computerto-pupil rations. In recent years several surveys have been designed on Lithuanian schools capacity to integrate information and communication technology (ICT) into learning and teaching processes. The last one was developed in December 2006 – it was surveyed primary and special teachers, and school headmasters. The main goal of this survey is to analyze how ICT have been used in primary and special education. The paper deals with the main results of the survey.
