Summary/Abstract: Chat GPT, artificial intelligence, can write us a master's thesis in a few minutes, develop a business plan, answer almost any question, be a free translator, a customer service department, but can it calculate our creditworthiness? Technology is increasingly intruding into various fields of our lives. This happens because it tends to be less fallible, cheaper, simpler to use, and provides satisfactory results. However, the question remains, where is the limit? People want to not only develop their perspectives but also ease the burdens of everyday life. They seek new solutions to make their work easier, save time, or money. AI is excellent as a savior and a tool for everything, but we should consider whether it poses too much risk in the banking sphere. We have no reservations about using online possibilities. We use banking apps, BLIK, AI consultants, so it's worth considering where to set the boundaries for artificial intelligence. Can it calculate our creditworthiness? If so, will a human verify such calculations? What about a potential hacker attack? Above all, is the use of AI in creditworthiness assessment appropriate and to what extent, and to what extent does the law protect us?
