Summary/Abstract: The shift toward a resilient circular economy has been growing increasingly popular as an increasing number of companies are seeking a method to become more sustainable. But there is a lack of research combining digital innovation and the value creation of regeneration in one sustainability context. The paper recommends a data-driven method of relating digital innovation, regenerative sustainability, and resilient circular economy transitions using Wikirate Open ESG & Circular Economy Dataset. A quantitative method is used in this research using regression modeling to test the influence of digital innovation indicators on the performance of circular economy resilience. The key variables to be addressed include the introduction of AI to sustainability, IoT to track resources, ESG electronic reporting, the use of renewable energy, recycling of waste, and integration of sustainable supply chains. The regression outcomes show that the highest positive impact coefficient is that for AI-driven sustainability systems (β = 0.82), with renewable energy utilization (REU) coming in next (β = 0.79) and sustainable supply chain integration (SSCI) (β = 0.76). The results prove that companies with intelligent digital sustainability practices have a strong positive impact on environmental adaptability, operational resilience, and the optimization of circular resources. The paper also emphasizes that mechanisms of value creation for regeneration have a positive impact on the sustainability performance and resilience of organizations. The proposed framework brings contributions on the theoretical and practical dimensions by combining the ESG intelligence, digital transformation, and regenerative sustainability in resilient circular economy systems. The framework can be expanded in the future with AI-based predictive sustainability analytics and sector- or company-specific circular transformation models.
