Summary/Abstract: This article provides an overview of the impact that interior spaces can have on the people who interact with them. It examines how our well-being can vary depending on color choices, materials, or lighting. It analyzes how, more or less consciously, we project our inner selves into the spaces we inhabit, allowing those around us to rediscover us through the details used in the design of the space.
