Summary/Abstract: It is a fact that the world as a whole is diverse and that, in general, increasingly intense interactions between people, cultures, and civilizations generate a psychological need for identity. This is because individuals, when confronted with foreign ideas and models – with “the other” – define their own identity, their “self.” We cannot ignore or overlook that in the cultural sphere, linguistic, psychological, mental, and religious barriers come into play – an entire spiritual edifice formed over centuries of differentiated and specific evolution.
