Summary/Abstract: This study examines the extent to which the National Drilling Company (ENAFOR) implements social responsibility guidelines based on the ISO 26000 in order to reduce workplace accidents, by analyzing their relationship and impact. A quantitative, descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. Data were collected through 104 questionnaires randomly distributed to construction site workers and analyzed using SPSS (V.25). The findings reveal a significant relationship and impact between CSR practices and workplace accidents, with employee social care emerging as the most influential dimension in improving workplace safety outcomes. The results also indicate that occupational health and safety practices, awareness of workplace risks, and training programs contribute significantly to accident reduction. Overall, ENAFOR demonstrates a strong commitment to CSR implementation and alignment with ISO 26000 principles, reflecting a positive evolution toward improved safety performance. However, several gaps remain, particularly in safety training effectiveness, communication systems, reporting mechanisms, monitoring of safety. measures, employee engagement, and subcontractor compliance. These findings highlight both the progress achieved and the areas requiring improvement to further strengthen workplace safety and ensure sustainable organizational performance.
