Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the issue of processing personal data in relation to employee sobriety testing. The results of these tests are considered health data, which means they belong to a special category of personal data under the GDPR. The author's research objective is to analyze new regulations regarding employee sobriety testing in the context of processing personal data.
