Summary/Abstract: Propaganda has long represented a powerful tool within the framework of special warfare, being used to influence, manipulate, and control public opinion and behavior. As a non-conventional form of conflict, propaganda operates through information, emotions, and perception rather than physical force. This paper explores the role of propaganda within contemporary concepts of special warfare, analyzing its historical development, methods of dissemination, and strategic objectives. Special emphasis is placed on how propaganda is used to destabilize societies, weaken opponents, and achieve political or military goals without open conflict. The paper also examines its connection to psychological operations and information warfare, particularly in the era of digital media and hybrid conflicts.
