Summary/Abstract: Educational tourism and ecotourism represent specific tourism products that can serve as models of sustainable transformation. Contemporary trends in tourism increasingly emphasize the need to integrate educational and environmental dimensions into the design of tourism offerings, thereby moving beyond the traditional understanding of tourism as an exclusively economic activity. This paper analyzes the role of educational tourism and ecotourism in the process of sustainable transformation, highlighting their connection with education, nature conservation, and the involvement of the local community. The empirical part of the study is based on a secondary analysis of data collected during field-based teaching activities conducted at the “Jevremovac” Botanical Garden in Belgrade, on a sample of 50 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Spearman’s correlation analysis with the support of the statistical software package SPSS 26.0. The results indicate a high level of participant satisfaction with the organization of the visit and its educational effects, as well as statistically significant relationships between educational and environmental variables, particularly in terms of raising awareness of the importance of nature and biodiversity conservation. The findings confirm that educational tourism and ecotourism represent effective instruments of sustainable transformation, as they connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience and create lasting value for individuals and society. In this way, these specific tourism products transcend their market function and become strategic development models that contribute to environmental protection, the strengthening of local communities, and the improvement of education.
