Summary/Abstract: The topic of the article is electronic writ proceedings, which are one of the separate proceedings in the Polish civil procedure. The paper presents and discusses electronic writ of payment proceedings and enforcement proceedings conducted on the basis of an electronic enforceable title. The authors diagnosed and discussed the main problems related to electronic writ proceedings and enforcement proceedings conducted on the basis of an electronic title, and presented proposals for solving them. In their research, the authors used statistical data on electronic writ proceedings and data on enforcement proceedings conducted on the basis of an electronic enforceable title.
